Term definitions:
Cost: Production cost is the sum of direct expenses, direct labor, and indirect manufacturing costs incurred by an enterprise to produce a certain type and quantity of product. The acrylic acid production cost refers to the theoretical production cost derived from the raw material (propylene).

Profit: Acrylic acid production profit is calculated on the basis of the acrylic acid petrochemical enterprise price, i.e., the profit after deducting total cost and additional expenses (excluding financial expenses) from the market price.

Statistical scope: The statistical period covers last Friday through this Thursday, with profit data compared between this Thursday and last Thursday. Chempricehub Information’s acrylic acid product profit data are first-hand statistics, released from 15:00 to 17:00 every Thursday on working days.
