On September 28, the ex-factory price (including tax) of Hebei Shunkang coconut shell activated carbon with an iodine value of 800 mg/g was quoted at RMB 9,400 per tonne, representing a price increase of RMB 50 per tonne. Tight supply of raw materials from Southeast Asia has supported the upward price trend.
