On September 21, Henan Kaijie reported a price of CNY 4,600 per ton for coconut shell activated carbon with an iodine value of 300. The price for coal-based tar columnar activated carbon was quoted at CNY 12,500 per ton, reflecting an increase of CNY 20 per ton. The current monthly production capacity of activated carbon stands at 200 tons.
