On September 15, the ex-factory price (tax included) for Hebei Shunkang coconut shell activated carbon with an iodine value of 800 was quoted at RMB 9,400 per ton, representing a price increase of RMB 50 per ton. Tight supply of raw materials from Southeast Asia has supported this upward price movement.
