On September 28, Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd. reported normal operations at its facilities with a combined annual production capacity of 240,000 tons for dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP). The DBP price was quoted at CNY 10,300/ton, reflecting a decrease of CNY 100/ton. Downstream customer purchasing activity remained moderate.
