On September 23, Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd. reported normal operations at its facilities with a combined annual capacity of 240,000 metric tons for DBP and DIBP. The quote for DBP stood at RMB 10,400/ton, marking a decrease of RMB 100/ton. Downstream customer procurement activity remained moderate.
