On September 21, Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd. reported normal operations at its facilities with a total annual capacity of 240,000 metric tons for DBP (Dibutyl Phthalate) and DIBP (Diisobutyl Phthalate). The quoted price for DOTP (Dioctyl Terephthalate) stood at RMB 10,600 per ton, reflecting a decrease of RMB 100 per ton. Downstream customers exhibited moderate purchasing activity.
