Impact Analysis of the Delay in the Sichuan Zhongfu Taihua Hydrogen Fluoride Project

Chempricehub, Oct. 20 — Sichuan Zhongfu Taihua’s 60,000 t/a electronic-grade anhydrous hydrogen fluoride (AHF) project is attracting significant attention. Of the total capacity, 35,000 t/a will be used internally for the production of electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid (EGHF), while 25,000 t/a will be sold externally to serve the lithium-ion battery, photovoltaic, and semiconductor cleaning industries. The project has not yet achieved mechanical completion, with its originally scheduled milestones delayed.
