Who leads global cyanuric chloride capacity and how concentrated is the market?
Global cyanuric chloride production is concentrated in just four countries — China, Germany, the US and Switzerland — with only six to eight producers worldwide. China now dominates. Yingchuang Sanzheng (Yingkou) Fine Chemical is the largest single producer at around 90,000 t/yr, and Hebei Chengxin's group adds roughly 70,000 t/yr through Hebei Lingang Chemical (50,000 t) and Hebei Chengxin Chemical (20,000 t). Because cyanide feedstock is highly toxic, regulators in developed markets stay cautious, keeping Western capacity small. That structural gap gives Chinese producers a durable cost and scale advantage in export markets.
