Chempricehub, September 23 — On September 23, Zhejiang Hongbo New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. operated its 50,000-ton/year plasticizer production unit at low load rates. The ex-works quote for Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) stood at CNY 10,500/ton, down by CNY 100/ton from the previous level, with actual transaction prices also declining. Downstream purchasing enthusiasm remained moderate, and final transaction prices were primarily determined through negotiation.
