On February 3, the price of acetic acid in North China declined, with the delivered price in surrounding areas around 2,605 yuan/ton, down by 20 yuan/ton. The utilization rate of acetic acid production capacity increased, leading to a rise in market supply. However, downstream demand remained weak, and market trading activity was subdued. As a result, the acetic acid market continued its downward trend.
