Recently, eight departments including the Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of chemical industrial parks that passed the first round of re-evaluation. A total of 18 chemical industrial parks, including the Chemical New Materials Zone of Fuzhou Jiangyin Port City Economic Zone, have successfully passed the re-evaluation. According to the list, Sanming City has the highest number of chemical industrial parks that passed the re-evaluation, with six parks. Nanping and Longyan each have three parks, while Fuzhou and Quanzhou each have two. Zhangzhou and Putian each have one park.

Fujian Province requires that the relevant municipal governments strictly implement local management, address identified issues and hidden risks in chemical industrial parks, and complete tasks related to safety, environmental protection, emergency response, and standardized improvements as required. This aims to further enhance the intrinsic safety and green development level of chemical industrial parks.
