On November 4, Shandong Hualu-Hengsheng Chemical lowered its acetic acid price by RMB 50 per tonne. The current bulk delivery (ex-factory) price stands at RMB 4,300 per tonne. With raw material markets weakening and downstream buyers purchasing primarily on a need-to-buy basis, market sentiment remains bearish. Consequently, acetic acid producers continue to lower their quoted prices, while actual transaction prices are determined through negotiation.
