Following the National Day holiday, units at ShiYue New Materials, Inner Mongolia Hairun Changsheng, and Weilianda restarted operations. Conversely, units at Ningbo Nanya and Jining Zhengxin shut down. Overall operating rates improved compared to the previous week, with current capacity utilization hovering around 56%, which is considered slightly below the mid-range for this year. Operating rates are expected to rise further next week.
