As of 11:30 on September 16, 2026, the inventory of methanol at sample production enterprises in China stood at 279,700 tons, a decrease of 17,200 tons from the previous period, representing a week-on-week decline of 5.81%. The volume of pending orders for these sample enterprises was 225,500 tons, down by 14,200 tons from the previous period, marking a week-on-week drop of 5.92%.

Methodology: Chempricehub’s methanol pending order data reflects real-time statistics from methanol producers as of every Wednesday. Reports are published at 14:00 on Wednesdays (working days).
