According to the commodity market analysis system of the Business Sheets, the daily price increase in the main producing area of Shandong was 1.56%. The main reason for this is the tightening of supply. The market is mainly affected by factory equipment failures and local suspension of sales, leading to a shortage of goods and a supply-demand imbalance. On Friday, the prices in Shandong and surrounding areas such as Hebei were generally increased by 50-100 Yuan/ton. Dealers reported an increase in quotes. In addition, the downstream urea market continues to be highly speculative, with spot prices remaining firm. The demand for compound fertilizers has only increased without decrease. Both ends of the supply chain are favorable for the domestic ammonia market. Currently, the mainstream pricing in the Shandong region is between 4200-4350 Yuan/ton. Prediction: It is expected that the recovery rate of northern liquid ammonia enterprises will be slow, with little pressure on inventory, making liquid ammonia likely to remain high.
