Chempricehub, November 3 — Recently, the 200,000-ton-per-year industrial-grade hydrogen peroxide project by Sichuan Zhongfu Taihua New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and the 20,000-ton-per-year specialty-grade hydrogen peroxide project by Evonik Fuhua have commenced stable trial production. Meanwhile, Zhongfu Taihua’s 60,000-ton-per-year electronic-grade anhydrous hydrogen fluoride project and 70,000-ton-per-year electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid project are currently undergoing equipment commissioning, with trial production expected to begin in late this year and the first quarter of next year, respectively.
