According to Chempricehub on October 26, Changzhou Xinyang’s phthalic anhydride plant is operating normally. The company has oversold its inventory and quoted phthalic anhydride at RMB 10,700/ton, a price increase of RMB 50/ton compared to the previous quote. Orders are being accepted on a limited basis.
