On September 1, Panjin Ruide Chemical Co., Ltd.'s phthalic anhydride plant, with a capacity of 100,000 tons, has resumed operation. Inventory is limited. The quoted price for phthalic anhydride is 9,300 yuan/ton, up 200 yuan/ton from the previous level.
