Chempricehub, September 3 - On September 3, Shijiazhuang Bailong Chemical Co., Ltd., with an annual phthalic anhydride capacity of 80,000 tons, had its phthalic anhydride unit operating normally. With limited inventory and production mainly for captive use, the company quoted phthalic anhydride at RMB 9,300/ton, up RMB 100/ton.
