On September 3, Changzhou Xinyang's phthalic anhydride (PA) plant has a capacity of 100,000 tons/year. The operating rate of the manufacturer's PA plant is around 50%, with inventory at a low level. The quoted price for phthalic anhydride is 9,500 yuan/ton, up 50 yuan/ton from the previous quote. Order acceptance is limited.
