On October 30, the production units at Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd. with a combined annual capacity of 240,000 metric tons for dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) were operating normally. The quoted price for DBP was CNY 11,200 per metric ton, representing an increase of CNY 100 per metric ton. Downstream customers’ purchasing enthusiasm remained moderate, and actual transaction prices were primarily determined through negotiation.
