On October 23, Wuhai Zhonglian, with an annual carbide production capacity of 800,000 tons across ten electric furnace units, reported the ex-factory price for first-grade calcium carbide at RMB 2,550 per ton, a month-on-month increase of 2%. Actual transactions are primarily determined through negotiation.
