On October 23, Jiangsu Ruiheng New Materials’ 650,000-ton-per-year phenol/acetone plant was operating at a normal load of approximately 80%. The products were primarily used for internal consumption, with low inventory levels. Acetone prices were increased by RMB 100 per ton to RMB 8,500 per ton.
