On October 13, trading sentiment in the Xinjiang liquid caustic soda market improved. Currently, the mainstream ex-factory prices for 32% ion-membrane caustic soda are around RMB 2,300–2,350 per ton (on a 100% NaOH basis), while those for 50% ion-membrane caustic soda stand at approximately RMB 2,400–2,450 per ton (on a 100% NaOH basis). Producers primarily focus on supplying downstream customers in surrounding regions.
