On November 3, Changzhou Xinyang’s phthalic anhydride (PA) plant, with a capacity of 100,000 tons per year, is operating normally. The company has oversold its inventory. Consequently, the price for PA has increased by RMB 10,850 per ton, representing a rise of RMB 50 per ton from the previous level, and order acceptance is being limited.
