On August 27, Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd. reported normal operation of its DBP and DIBP units with a combined annual capacity of 240,000 tons. The DBP offer was 9,200 CNY/ton, down 50 CNY/ton from the previous level. Downstream customers showed moderate purchasing enthusiasm, with actual transaction prices subject to negotiation.
