On August 25, the production units for DBP and DIBP at Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd., with a total capacity of 240,000 tons per year, were operating normally. The quoted price for DOTP was RMB 9,700/ton, up RMB 50/ton from the previous level. Downstream customers showed moderate purchasing interest, with actual transaction prices mainly subject to negotiation.
