On August 21, Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd.'s combined annual production capacity of 240,000 tons for DBP and DIBP was operating normally. The DBP quotation was 9,250 RMB/ton, up 200 RMB/ton from the previous level. Downstream customers showed generally moderate purchasing enthusiasm.
