III. Market Outlook

During the holiday period, the soda ash market remained stable with prices largely unchanged and production relatively steady. Downstream demand was moderate, resulting in low transaction volumes, as most restocking had been completed prior to the holiday and existing orders were being fulfilled during the break. After the holiday, some enterprises began scheduled maintenance, leading to an expected decrease in supply. This provides support for spot prices, alongside expectations for post-holiday restocking by downstream buyers.

Stable soda ash prices post-holiday are fragile. While plant maintenance may tighten supply, high capacity utilization and weak downstream demand from float glass could cap upside. Watch inventory trends closely; if rest..
