On November 5, Shandong Hualu-Hengsheng Chemical reduced its acetic acid price by RMB 100 per ton. The current ex-works bulk price stands at RMB 4,200 per ton. With raw material costs weakening and downstream buyers purchasing strictly on an as-needed basis, market sentiment remains bearish. Consequently, acetic acid producers continue to lower their quoted prices, with actual transaction prices subject to negotiation.
