In the first half of this year, national nitrogen fertilizer output reached 28.533 million tons, up 9.4% year-on-year; urea output reached 39.668 million tons, up 11.3% year-on-year. The apparent consumption of nitrogen fertilizer and urea increased by 9.9% and 10.1% year-on-year, respectively.
