China O-Xylene Port Sample Inventory Weekly Statistics (Aug 28 – Sep 3, 2026)

Published on 2026-09-03

As of September 3, 2026, the inventory of o-xylene samples at Chinese ports stood at 2,000 metric tons, down 1,000 metric tons from the previous period (August 27, 2026). The decline was mainly due to withdrawals driven by rigid downstream demand.

Port draws reflect steady downstream offtake, but o-xylene margins stay thin amid feedstock cost pressure. Watching if inventory rebuilds next week.
