China Butadiene Port Inventory Weekly Statistics (Sep 3-9, 2026)

Published on 2026-09-09

Chempricehub News reported on September 9: According to statistics, the latest butadiene inventory at East China ports stands at approximately 19,000 tons, a decrease of 7,200 tons from the previous cycle. During the week, imported butadiene cargo arrivals at ports were limited, while domestic supply replenishment remained slow. With downstream feedstock inventories undergoing normal consumption, port inventories declined.

I think this sharp drawdown in butadiene port inventory signals tighter near-term supply, which could lend some support to margins if downstream demand holds, but domestic replenishment pace remains the swing factor.
