On September 10, Shijiazhuang Bailong Chemical Co., Ltd. has an annual phthalic anhydride (PA) capacity of 80,000 t. Its PA unit is operating normally, with limited inventories mainly for captive use. PA is quoted at CNY 10,000/t, up sharply.
