On September 10, Changzhou Xinyang's phthalic anhydride plant has a production capacity of 100,000 tons. The plant's operating rate is around 60%, inventory is at a low level, and the phthalic anhydride quotation is 9,950 yuan/ton. The quotation has risen sharply, and orders are being accepted on a limited basis.
