In 2026, China's production and usage of second-generation refrigerants (HCFCs) will be reduced by 71.5% and 76.1% of the baseline values, respectively. Specifically, the production quota for R22 will be reduced by 3,005 tons, representing a 2.02% decrease compared to the 149,100 tons recorded in 2015.
