On December 25, Zangge Mining announced that the company held the sixth (interim) meeting of the tenth board of directors on December 25, 2025, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Company's 2026 Production and Operation Plan."
According to the plan, the subsidiary Golmud Zangge Potash Fertilizer Co., Ltd. plans to produce 1 million tons of potassium chloride and sell 1.04 million tons of potassium chloride; produce 1.5 million tons of industrial salt and sell 1.5 million tons of industrial salt; and plans to produce 11,000 tons of lithium carbonate and sell 11,000 tons of lithium carbonate.
The affiliated company Tibet Julong Copper Industry Co., Ltd. is expected to produce 300,000–310,000 tons of copper concentrate, with the company's equity share estimated at approximately 92,300–95,400 tons.
Tibet Ali Mamitso Mining Development Co., Ltd. is expected to produce 20,000–25,000 tons of lithium carbonate, with the company's equity share estimated at approximately 5,000–6,000 tons.
