On September 1, Yankuang Group methanol auction results: Yankuang Guohong methanol was sold via bidding, with final transactions concluded at 3,130–3,135 yuan/ton ex-plant in cash. The 640,000 t/y coal-to-methanol plant is operating with both furnaces in service. Yulin Yankuang methanol had a starting auction price of 2,800 yuan/ton for 4,000 tons, with all volumes ultimately transacted at 2,840 yuan/ton. The company's Phase I 600,000 t/y methanol plant and Phase II 800,000 t/y methanol project are both operating steadily.
