Chempricehub, September 1 – Inner Mongolia Rongxin’s methanol auction starting price was 2,810 yuan/ton, with a total volume of 4,000 tons; all was transacted at a final price of 2,890 yuan/ton. In addition, the company’s Phase I 900,000 t/y methanol project is scheduled to be shut down for maintenance on September 5, lasting 25 days. During this period, the Phase II 900,000 t/y project will continue normal operation.
