On July 13, the methanol auction situation of Yankuang Group: Yulin Yankuang methanol started at a base price of 2,130 yuan/ton, with a volume of 5,000 tons, and all were sold at 2,130–2,135 yuan/ton. The company’s Phase I 600,000 tons/year methanol unit and Phase II 800,000 tons/year methanol project are both operating steadily. Yankuang Guohong conducted a methanol bidding sale, with final transactions at 2,425–2,430 yuan/ton (ex-factory cash). The 640,000 tons/year coal-to-methanol unit is operating with three boilers in service.
