Recent operating status of methanol plants in Iran:
- Iran Kimiya's 1.65 million tons/year methanol plant is currently operating.
- Iran ZPC: one 1.65 million tons/year methanol plant is shut down; the other 1.65 million tons/year methanol plant is operating normally. Attention should be paid to the impact of subsequent tight power supply and feedstock gas supply on operations.
- Iran Bushehr's 1.65 million tons/year methanol plant is in shutdown.
