Chempricehub, August 21 – On August 21, Tongling Chemical Industry Group's phthalic anhydride capacity stands at 80,000 tons/year. Its o-xylene-based phthalic anhydride unit has resumed operation. The current ex-works quote for phthalic anhydride is RMB 9,200/ton, up RMB 100/ton. Supply remains tight, with limited sales.
