Chempricehub, August 18 – On August 18, Tongling Chemical Industry Group reported an annual phthalic anhydride capacity of 80,000 tons. Its ortho-xylene-based phthalic anhydride unit has resumed operation. The ex-works quotation for phthalic anhydride is 9,100 yuan/ton, up 50 yuan/ton from the previous level. Supply remains tight, with limited sales.
