In East China, the mainstream spot quotation range for xylene is 7,200–7,300 yuan/ton, up 80 yuan/ton from the previous trading day. In the prior trading session, toluene and xylene prices declined, while crude oil saw only a slight drop overnight, resulting in a relatively cautious market sentiment. At present, the spot market supply remains tight, which still lends some support. It is expected that the spot market will mainly experience narrow fluctuations today.
