Yesterday, toluene and xylene fluctuated higher, while overnight crude oil and overseas aromatics markets saw narrowed volatility, resulting in weak cost support. Downstream buyers purchased on an as-needed basis with limited willingness to chase price increases. Today, the market is expected to consolidate narrowly to absorb gains.
