Chempricehub, September 20 – On September 20, Sinopec East China reduced its diethylene glycol (DEG) quote by RMB 600 per ton. Shanghai Petrochemical is offering at RMB 7,900 per ton with low operating rates. Yangzi Petrochemical and BASF-YPC are both quoting at RMB 8,000 per ton; the 340,000 tons/year unit at BASF-YPC is currently running at approximately 40% capacity.
