Chempricehub, July 27 - On July 27, Shijiazhuang Bailong Chemical Co., Ltd. operates a phthalic anhydride (PA) capacity of 80,000 tons/year, with the PA plant running at normal levels. Inventory is limited and primarily for self-use. The ex-works price for PA is quoted at 9,200 yuan/ton, up by 200 yuan/ton from the previous level.
