On July 24, Zhenjiang UPC Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. reported that its phthalic anhydride (PA) production capacity stands at 120,000 tons/year, with the PA unit operating normally. The ex-works price for PA is 9,450 RMB/ton, reflecting an increase of 100 RMB/ton.
