On August 20, the PVC market in the Zibo area edged down, with prices fluctuating within a narrow range. Futures fell during the midday session, and spot market performance was weak. Today, dealers' offers declined by 20-30 yuan compared with the previous trading day. At present, the mainstream ex-warehouse price for calcium carbide-based grade 5 PVC is in the range of 4,500-4,550 yuan/ton.
